Demand was huge during the launch yesterday, far beyond the expectations of NVIDIA, the graphics card manufacturers and Overclockers UK. Web traffic was off the scale when compared to Black Friday and we apologise for any impact on your shopping experience.

We have contacted NVIDIA and the graphics card manufacturers regarding the volume of cards sold on pre order. We will work closely with them to secure as much stock as possible and will keep you posted on the supply situation inside this thread as soon as we can, so check back for updates daily.

NVIDIA has undoubtedly launched a fantastic and highly desirable product. We all wanted one too! Luckily, Overclockers UK is one of the biggest and oldest NVIDIA partners and we will be one of the first companies to get stock. We will fulfil orders on a strict first come, first served basis. We therefore suggest you keep your place in the queue to avoid future disappointment.

Speaking to board partners, September shipments shall be small, so far:
- Today a small batch of MSI arrived, all orders have shipped out.
- More Asus TUF are due early next week and then later next week some TUF OC and Strix OC

Other brands shall be landing next week also, small quantities once I know more I shall update this thread.

Shipments for September will be small.
October will have an initial delay due to Golden Week in Asia during 4-9th October causing a production delay, but then production volumes will improve, but we are not seeing any numbers yet.
November and December are currently unknown but in theory should be larger volumes.

We are at present working on a queue position updater for customers as we know this is something you all wish to know and we are working on a solution as fast as possible.

In the meantime please do not message or call asking for your position as it is simply not possible to answer at this time due to volume and the fact we are also cancelling many orders resulting in position at present changing.

Give us a few days to come up with a solution.

Onto good news a small amount of Zotac has arrived today and shall be booked in shortly.
 
We also shipped a very small amount of MSI today, tomorrow we expect a small amount of Palit cards.


P.S. A small amount of Zotac and Gigabyte also shipped, we are getting small deliveries almost daily which is better than nothing.

A small volume of Asus cards have arrived with local distribution, but they are extremely busy and unsure if they will manage to book these cards in today as their date to book in is this Friday, I have applied as much pressure as possible requesting they book stock in today and ship out today so with us tomorrow, but as of now they are seeing what can be done, I totally understand their position as our warehouse is similar if large containers arrive makes it difficult to book in small component based stocks.

I shall post at end of day if the supplier managed to ship today or not.
 
We have also made changes to our website that on 3080 and 3090 all sales shall be limited to UK and Ireland ONLY.

It is with huge regret that we have to take this action and I deeply apologise to our USA and European customers who order from us, we hope the measure to be temporary and only whilst the severe shortage remains.

Sorry maybe my post was poorly worded.

Only USA orders cancelled are those that have requested, any USA/European orders placed at 3080 launch are still valid, so no need to worry if your waiting.

We are now though moving forward limiting future orders to UK/Ireland ONLY, as when NVIDIA and a board partner allocates us stock we only get UK allocation and we are not winning additional allocation because we ship globally unfortunately and hence we want to prioritise our local (UK/Ireland) customers whilst the product is in severe constraint.

This is my hint and tips to those wanting a 3090.

We have a small amount on Zotac and Palit.
We have a very small amount on Asus TUF, Gigabyte Eagle & Gaming, MSI Ventus and PNY.

No cards will be showing in stock and the simple fact is if demand is even 1/10th of last weeks launch the chances of getting a 3090 for delivery tomorrow is incredibly slim to zero chance to be brutally honest.

I think most customers need to understand this is realistically a PRE-ORDER SITUATION, stock is severely limited and in huge constraint as such we do not expect good volumes on 3090 until November, so be warned.

Of course feel free to PRE-ORDER with OcUK, to get in the queue and you can cancel at any time using our easy cancellation method.

Yes OcUK takes money upfront and nothing shall be changing there, this guarantees your position in the queue and it also protects you from any future price increases and when stock does arrive in a few weeks/months your order will ship without issue.

Good luck and remember it is very limited stock and keep this post to these forums allowing forum members the best possible chance of getting a card.

Expect not to get one soon and you shall not be disappointed, if you do get one thoroughly enjoy it and please do keep it, don't try to profit from your good luck.

Also every order we get for 3090 today shall be manually vetted by a human, thoroughly scanning every single order for BOT's and people trying to order all the brands clearly trying to scalp.

We have also added Captcha to the checkout process and we have limited orders to ONLY UK and Ireland customers, this help us greatly to get the cards only in the hands of UK gamers, it is the best we could do with short notice on the web platform we use and will continue improving over time to hopefully get 3070 absolutely spot on or as close as possible.

Speaking to all board partners production volumes are expecting to ramp up towards end of the end of this month meaning deliveries arriving later this month should be a little better volume wise towards end of October with November increasing again.
 
We shipped a small amount of the following RTX 3080 cards to customers yesterday. MSI Ventus 3X OC, Gigabyte Aorus Master, Gigabyte Vision OC, Gigabyte Gaming OC, Asus TUF Gaming OC. The following small amount of RTX 3090 cards also shipped to customers yesterday. Asus TUF Gaming OC and MSI Ventus 3X OC.
 
Hi there

For those who have not seen the update on 3070, that launch is now postponed and shall instead be on October 29th at 14:00 UK Time.
 
A very small amount of Asus Strix 3080 OC are due tomorrow. We are also expecting a small amount from a delayed shipment which should also arrive later this week but still awaiting confirmation.
