Until the thread is made the judges don't know who has one (apart from the announcer judge). We only know who we gave the most points to, which sometimes isn't the winner.

You should enter your pictures in the rounds! You may find that it helps you develop your photography

It took me months to get up the courage to post a thread asking for suggestions on what camera to get - going by that time scale I might be posting photos by about xmas

Get posting! You will improve sooo much quicker! Even if they're rubbish it helps so much to hear peoples reasons what they would change, it's often things you don't think of/notice yourself. + people on here a very nice and always have something nice to say so you wont get a slating no matter how bad it is! I'm sure they're not as bad as you think anyway, well kinda sure anyway...
