You can do:

=(SUM(A1:C1))/(COUNT(A1:C1))

where A1:C1 is the range of scores for each round for one person. Then just fill down and it will do all of them

COUNT, counts the number of cells which aren't empty, so peoples averages will only be calculated on the rounds they have enterd Unless that is you put a '0' in the cell....

Ah, you obviously have 1337 excel skilz. I'll get rid of the zeros in the cells and put that formula in. Cheers
