Even though you only gave it two stars yourself, I don't think it's too bad . Actually it's abstract and I like it. Nicely processed.

A good subject choice and on theme. Need to think about your composition and giving the image weight.

Its on theme and a subject I thought we would see more of, but the composition is lacking.

Well I was struggling to see something yellow with relevance and is different.

I know one of you said about seeing more od it but I thought that would just make it a bit boring with a picture of a clapped out digger and that the apparent crop would make you imagine the rest. I'd be interested to hear who you might shoot it differently.

Saying that there's been quite a few comments on composition so it's like something I definately need to brush up on - any pointers for reading material?

Congratulations to Mud - it was a very nice shot. Congratulations/commiserations to Russinating - so close, and yet so far

We're quite keen on keeping December as an open round for people to play about - I hope you all agree, as I think it's worked well in the past. The downside/upside of that is that you don't get to choose a theme, Mud!

Yikes! I haven't been keeping tabs on the entries this month, as I've had a lot on. Well at least it'll be a quick round to mark - I might even get my results in on time

Nice photo Mud, although I can't help but think that there wasn't any yellow in the photo to begin with. Sure I forced the yellow out of mine a bit but... Meh, I'm always a bitter loser, jealously rant over!

Well its tomorrow or nothing so despite the probable snow showers throughout the day I'll be attempting mine although i suspect it could be another points scraper
