Some people enjoy feeding their guinea pigs, or taking them out in to the garden to run around. You can infact get small harnesses for guinea pigs as well

I just see it as a pointless animal, perhaps if I saw it in the wild, living by its own terms my perspective would change.

Guinea Pigs are wild.......Same as dogs. Just there is a domesticated version as it where

Yeah but I can sort of imagine a domestic dog coping alright in the wild after adjusting, I just think a guinea pig would fail or starve.
