OCuK replacement policy for dead gfx cards?

I ordered a BFG 8800oc 320mb (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-039-BG&groupid=701&catid=56&subcat=877) card which arrived dead. I sent it back today with RMA number and everything. Assuming they find that it is dead and it's not me just being crazy (I hope so, I don't want to have paid all that money, +sending it back, + £10 if it is working, + Getting a card that doesnt work for me back!), what will they send me as it is saying that this card is now out of stock?
