basically i think this titan goliath i ordered has a faulty powersupply and hsf . I have re-seated the HSF twice but dont dare touch the power supply as im not very experienced with the inside of a computer

im worried about returning it , will it cost me money? will it take long for them to pick it up?

i hope they dont just send me a new psu and say "try this"

if possible i wouldnt mind getting a new system and they could pick up the current when that one arrives but i doubt that will happen

Send them a webnote, or better, give them a call tomorrow morning. I *think* they can pick up and return the whole system for you.
