Agreed this is as serious as an MM infraction as they have effectively conned a few £10-£20 gift out of another forum member without sending one out.
Anyone who is still waiting on something to be sent through, why havent you chased the company/ royal mail for the item ad had it re sent at least twice by now?
oh and still run it next year Skipp, I missed out this year due to not checking the forums much early in december, but had great fun with it last year and still use one of my gifts regularly.
That's not slightly fair at all - just because he didn't get a gift doesn't mean he shouldn't send one out. If everyone did that, nobody would have gotten anything.

In all seriousness though, it's a shame they didn't bother - or did and didn't have the foresight to send stuff recorded, as all packages should be.

A true shame. I had a bit of search to find something for M0NSTER that would be apt for him and it's a shame that he didn't have the decency to send something out for his drawn person.
I thought better.
Plus, he seems to be involved financially in the poker client that we're using in the league this year so it's very poor he's willing to be involved in that when it can potentially benefit him financially but ignore other parts of the community.

I didn't participate due to not seeing the thread, but one thing I have realised that others might not have, is that most if not all of these people have not talked to the person they are suppose to send gifts to. Everybody could understand if stuff got lost in transit, but if you don't tell the person then it is almost as bad as not sending anything at all(No idea if any of them sent anything or not)

Agreed, sort of! While the actions of those concerned is inexcusable, so is a public lynching. It may be oft-quoted, but it's true - two wrongs don't make a right.
Given that this isn't the first thread I've seen descend into bickering over nothing (referring specifically to The Halk's treatment), I suspect some people here have a severe case of the winter blues.
It'd be a shame for what was intended as community spirited fun to end up with a sour after-taste. Let's not allow a few miscreants to ruin it for everyone.
My neutral POV (I wasn't involved) - Neg on their Trust and let the mods decide if any further action is appropriate.

This is generally a good community and when things like this happen, its puts a downer on it.
Just find him truly distasteful, haha. Didn't like his sister seeing a black man/spouted generally racist rubbish... so he stuck in my memory.
That explains that then.
