I did a height check today. And I'm exactly the same height as I was 3 months ago. That's right, I've stopped growing. I'm 16 years old and I've stopped growing. I now stand at 5 feet and 4.25 inches tall

The worst part is that two of my friends at school were the same height as me when they first came to the school. Ie: they were 5'4 at 11 years old.

I'm not that concerned about my height to be honest. I see the funny side, and there's also plenty of girls within reach

You probably haven't stopped growing, I think I've had 2 growth spurts, first was when I was 15-16, I grew to about 5' 10-11", then just before university when I was 18-19 I shot up to 6' 4"!

It seems to vary, there could be hope yet.

Growth comes and goes in spurts, then sometimes goes slowly, stops - all sorts of random stuff.

I grew randomly in all different areas until the age of about 22.

Don't worry, at 16 I was 5'7, by the time I was 21 I was 6'2. You'v plenty of time and you don't grow continuously but in spurts.
