Great for Oculus, bad for VR
It's a good move, especially as when Sony bought Insomniac it caused problems for Oculus as one of their most hyped games, Stormland was essentially abandoned with no further patching or development. I imagine Oculus wouldn't want that to happen to RAD as Lone Echo and Echo VR are flagship titles for them.
