OCZ PL. PC4000EB or Corsair 3500LL 2gb ?

Not sure which of the above 2gb kits to get.....running system in sig. so obviously will be running a divider.....which will give tightest timings at around 255+ fsb ??
Any user experiences appreciated.
Also, will the Corsair Heatspreader clear the Big Typhoon on a DFI Expert ?

For those of you with the Corsair.....what revision do you have.....it will be on the sticker, top left, i.e. 1.2 etc
