Yo!

I am -by no means- an elite photographer, but I do like to take the odd photograph. I recently purchased the F50FD, and, sadly, have found that dark areas of photographs (such as my PC case, or my TV) are populated by an insane number of hideous artifacts.

Now, like I said before, I am not a big photography guy (home cinema is more my thing) and I have no idea what most of the settings on this particular camera do. I assume that at least one, or a combination of these settings will reduce the number of artifacts.

As you can see, it appears that my venerable Silverstone TJ03 has been infected with some strange skin condition.

Many thanks to any kind gentlemen who respond.

Post an example?
I dont know the camera but it could be trying to compensate for a dark scene by a faster ISO speed - which on some cameras has the effect you describe. Try increasing the light or shutter speed.

I see.

I have posted an example. I will attempt to increase the shutter speed.
