Odd N80 voicemail problem?

Hi there,

After some negotiation with Orange, I ended up going with their Dolphin 35 tariff and have a new N80 which is working very well.

However, I have an odd problem with it....

Ever since I received and deleted my first voicemail I've had the below icon stuck on the screen of my phone...

I have deleted the voicemail in question, sent myself a new voicemail and deleted it, deleted the voicemail number on my phone and rebooted, got Orange customer services to clear my voicemail account, done a hard reset of the phone....and still it appears.

What makes it more annoying is that everytime I restart the phone I get..

Which is really annoying too

Does anyone have a miracle cure I wonder, please?

I get the usual "You have no new messages" voicemail message. And the icon stays.

Just done so. They've referred me to their network and faults team who'll contact me in 72 hours.

I can sense a phone return coming up

When you have to return a phone what happens - do you send it, they give it the once over, then send you it repaired back?
