I have a new car coming which means my current car will be spending 99% of it's time sitting on the driveway until it goes back in October this year.

I'll need to keep it insured and will probably take it out once a month just to give it run around the block.

Are there any companies that specialise in this sort of thing?

I'll be doing less than 200 miles until October

I'm sure there are companies that can do very low limited mileage policies, but I wouldn't expect them to be that cheap in comparison to a standard policy. Perhaps some of the prestige style policies would suit best?

I looking into this for a car i'm doing up, in the end the cheapest way was just to have a regular policy with a 1000 mile limit on it.

I was going to suggest this. Also, don't assume 3rd party/F&T will be cheaper than fully comp. It's often not the case and FC can be significantly cheaper.
