Office Outlook 2003 - BT not sending/receiving.

Hi,

My BT account hasn't been sending and receiving recently.

It says my username and/or password is invalid, I have triple checked it and it is correct. I can sign in at www.btinternet.com using the username and password.

I have also double checked my settings:

mail.btinternet.com for incoming and outgoing. I have tried [email protected] for the username and also just myusername - I have always just used myusername and it works perfectly.

All my other email accounts are working perfectly.

Any ideas please? It is all setup according to what it says in the BT Outlook setup guide.
