8 Pack you were asking about my 3970x a while ago

It seems to have a slightly better IMC over 2500mhz by just winding the bclk up to 104.2, it is slightly worse for ocing compared to my 3960x. The all round performance is no better than a 3930k.

I have also got a brand new 3930k, it will be interesting to see how that goes in the same system.

Have you changed the voltage?
I thought increasing memory voltage wasn't advised for 24/7 clocks?

a little,what speed is your pc memory at 1333mhz? 12.11 beta drivers?

12.10 drivers

Memory at 1600mhz, 9-9-9-24

Yet it reports my ram as 667mhz?

you need to install 12.11 beta drivers to really push performance and score,plus you dont have cpu hyperthreading so that will lose you some cpu score points,your memory speed is ok at 1600mhz

Very low.
Just over 6k Graphics score...Both my 7850s (slightly higher clocks) push 7500+

The lower clocked card hits a higher Graphics score as it is paired with a better processor, are you on the 12.11 drivers? (it says 9.2.0.0 on 3D11..so probably)

Will install the 12.11 then but not going to make much difference? Will set my RAM manually also as it seems to be reported wrong?

You'll be surprised how much of a difference changing to 12.11s will make. It should give you at least 7k+ score.

Hi Madman. Sorry to pull this out but your score seems a little low. Are you running the latest 12.11 betas with the latest caps? Also, what overclock have you got on your 7970 or is it at stock?

IMO 306.23 or 306.97 both are good for me but the latest 310.XX (all of them) gives me less performance in BF3.

Edit:

If you are wanting to crack the 10K, give the 304.79's a try. They were my best scoring drivers for single card runs

Hey Gregster managed to do it on latest bios in the end

I wont spam you with anymore 3dmark results at least until I get some unlocked bios to raise my tdp.
