**Official 3D Mark 11 scores**

Yep, I tried several ways to do the same for the memory but no go :(

You seem to have a good clocker off the bat and I would expect 13K on the GFX :) You may need water for that but as it is a little colder, do what you must to keep temps down :)

People need to back off of Top10 before i get knocked out!! :(

lol :D

Im sure someone will find a way! got my block for my 680 at my girlfriends studio ordered it from OC came quick, so tomorrow 680 will be going under waterchilled!

Sweet. I never liked adding volts whilst it was on air but under water, temps are so good and with your chiller, I will be knocked off the 2nd spot :( Why I am helping you, I will never know :p

Looks like I've found my limit with not being able to increase the vCore on my card past 1.35v.

Card is a MSI R7970 Lightning BE

Core clock 1347 MHz @ 1.35v
Memory Clock 1995 MHz @ 1.66v

Very nice score and goes to show the Lightnings are the cards to have. 4 Lightnings in the top 4 of the GFX scores only :p

It goes to show that the onboard of the new AMD chips are fairly decent.

Very nice score Sub and gratz on 2nd spot. 8Pack winning with LN2 cooling :)

As for the shutting down, that would probably be because of the volts at 1.5+. What drivers did you use for this run?

@whyscotty, did you get the X79/CF/Eyefinity sorted?

Cheers Gregster I used the new drivers which came out 310.70 got a better score on these, give them ago!

I did and couldn't give them anything. Being honest, I am done with benching for now as I am quite happy gaming :) I will get back to it if I get a chiller but I don't think my cards have got anything more in them. I got close to my best (~200 short) and couldn't get any more.

I will have a play on the next GPU releases if they are not voltage locked.

Those Aqua blocks do look sweet and awsome link system, top job :)

As for my clocks, on air I could get 1386Mhz for the +93Mv and under water, I can get a little over that. My first card clocks better than my second.

Me again a little update on my score

Im going to try my other card in a bit, I will give this one a rest until I know what im doing. I just wanted to see if I could break 12000 for the graphics.:D

Top 5 next or I don't add :p

Makes my setup seem crap compared to you lot:

Not a massive difference and not that good looking at others here.......

All about the games bud :) If it plays games well, don't worry about benchmark scores.

^^ yes bud and Stulid entered one not so long ago. I had no idea how to write it up though, so tell me if you think it is wrong :)

Edit:

btw, you smashed his score :p

lol @ the Keyring :D

Get it done bud and a couple more entries and I will add them up. Will be good to see and has opened my eyes for a HTPC build I am wanting to do (If I don't get the one NickolP linked me). The trinity looks the job for a media comp.

What I find interesting is the much talked about new drivers from AMD - 12.11 betas

Comparing a single HD 7970 platinum to my GTX 690 running on one core on the same PC, its a bit of a no contest the HD 7970 wins easy.

If I then compared 2 HD 7970 platinums running in xfire to my GTX 690 running both cores on the same PC the result is a lot tighter and the HD 7970s only just win. And if the result was dependent on visual quality the GTX 690 would win hands down (when overclocking the 690 I never see artifacts).

The point I am making is AMD seem to be taking a lot of deserved credit for single GPU performance with latest drivers but are they still dragging their feet with xfire performance.

The great thing about writing the above is no one can say im a nvidia fanboy as I own 6 AMD GPUs.:D:p:D

I hear that Kaap and I was gutted with FarCry3 performance and was kicking myself for not swapping over to the red side but after reading google, I see lots of others from Green and Red are having the stutter issue, which makes me question the game itself.
