**Official 3D Mark 11 scores**

Thanks Neil :)

Twice I bombed out at 5GHZ on the CPU test and again at 4.85GHZ. I need to do some tweaking and turn my pump up to full for the 5GHZ tests. Temps would be too high is my guess but Happy to take the GFX crown back :)

Biggest problem I get @5.0ghz is not the CPU or Memory Speed, its the memory timmings. I have to slacken them off a bit sometimes. The IMC comes under a lot of stress at those speeds and as you say extra heat does not help either.

In order of importance for 3dmark11 its

CPU speed
Memory speed
Memory timmiings

Tight memory timmings will give a few more points in Physics and Combined tests but does not affect things as much as the other two.

Gregster remember you are our last hope in holding back the red tide, "May the Geforce be with you".:D

Thank you Gregster and also for how often you've been updating the scores.

I done it!!!.

hahaha It's like you know me :D. I had a box of pro-plus ready.

That's me done for now. Cuppa and some BF3 time. Clocked back to 4.2Ghz and card will run at 1333Mhz in game @ +93mV in Afterburner. ArtMoney is for benching only :).

Nice score,

Very impressive on an i7 9xx, theres still a lot of life left in them Im glad I have kept mine.

Congrats you looney tune :D

What was the final voltage to pass 1300?

I think I can quite happily say I'll not be beating you :p

Thank you I think. As long as it's not as in "let's cross the road to get away from that looney" kind of looney  :D.

Same volts, oops no it was 275 so 1.47v but mostly ran at 1.44v during the benchmark. Just a couple of spikes touching 1.47v. This was at 79'C 100% fan. +232 Core +664 Mem.

Nice score,

Thank you Kaapstad. I'm blown away when I'm in the mix with CPU's two generations newer than my old battleaxe. The HT does wonders :D.

its good for a 930 chip but imagine what the scores would be on a 3770k:D:D

Yeah I'd have a decent boost in 3dMark11 :D. I'll upgrade latest after the year.

Thankyou for my gift AMD.

Boom.

Cpu 4.7

Gpu 1300

Mem 1800

I didn't even try, 13k is possible I think.

Nice Score Locky. Well done on taking first :D.

PGI947 had 12903 gfx score. http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/4725120

If you're going to try and break 13k then you might as well try do both GFX scores and an actual P13000. Go on, do it, destroy us all buahahahahaaaa.

No real improvement on crossfire, there is room for it though as GPU utilisation is all over the place and not 99% on both cards (more like 80).

http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/4726849

CPU 4.7

GPU's 1250

MEM 1800

Yeah there was very little talked about in the reviews regarding Crossfire but I'd expect this to be fixed in the final release. I hope it's better in games. There will be more grunt using Crossfire to bother about single card gains although it's a little disappointing for 7 series Crossfire owners. It should come in good time though and I'll say it again. Well done AMD :).

Holy freakin moly! Just did a quick run on my 7950 (Cat 12.11) without my highest GPU or CPU overclock and hit this score with 1150/1650 & 2700K @4.6GHz. My GPU temp only hit 63c too  Best previous score was P9944 and 9689 on the GPU.

which put me up to around 24th-25th place

I'll do an official score later with my best highest overclocks.

Anyone getting higher overclocks with these drivers now? I'm thinking i may be able to hit 1200 from my highest 1175 now :) I hope so.

Very nice drivers!

Ok heres a Cat 12.11 run with these settings..

That just moved me from 42nd to 17th place with a 7950!

I guess Nuclear is gona take back my fastest 7950 score pretty soon tho :)

AMD have done wonders with this set.. I'll do some gaming later tonight and see what gains come.

Coming tonight:
A run at 1350/1925 to crush that 680 graphics score, may wind the cpu back uo as well though I need to get the vrms under water asap.

At a guess 1350/1925 should see me sit around 13200 graphics score :)

Sorry about all the scores I have been a bit busy last night and this morning.

I have been testing the silicon lottery, I needed another card for another build and this morning I took delivery of an EVGA signature GTX 690 (I got it for a very good price). I put it in my rig with the better of my Asus 690s and with very little trying new high score. When I get time I will bench the EVGA on its own to see what it can do.

I don't know if EVGA get better GPUs for their signature cards but this one is a least as fast as the better of my Asus cards.

yeah you made a mistake, sorry i should have said,my score was with 2600k @4.5ghz,my other score with the i3 540 was just above neil79:D

Meh!!! Sorry bro but I don't suppose you know what your I3 score was please? I had a quick look but couldn't find it :(

I have changed your other score though :)

Graphics driver is not approved

naughty naughty :p

:D A few of them lately :p

You missed mine greg! ;)

Sorry bro and cracking CPU overclock. Very very nice :)
