I have chucked 1.45V into mine on a EK-FC block and it just throttled the card badly but didn't crash. Good to know and sorry to hear.
The Experts can correct me here but, I'm wondering if it was the Power Limit at 291% combined with the 1.45v that made the card croak. I also had the LLC mod in so no vDroop either.
...................On to the next challenge.
Sounds about right in truth. I didn't dare touch that 300% BIOS for fear of doing the same. The TDP of 600w+ being available is quite a worrying notion.
