Still holding my coins from the 2015 lows. Never forget the person posting here on a thread saying it's done, dead, sell up, move on... :D

Jeezo. $3,800! It's a bit mental now. The price is heading towards doubling within a couple of weeks. Can it be sustained?

I don't know what's going to slow it down right now... Bitcoin is a beast!

Watched people on stamp eat someones 440 coin ask this morning... It still feels like that's not a lot of money, but in reality, now thats something like 3.6-3.8mn USD. Insane.

Think the rally will pause again here. Sideways please!

I think it'll bust through that £3K barrier pretty quick. I don't see any obstacles. November SegWit fiasco is the next hurdle to overcome, but the stronger it goes in to that the better.

Assuming it gets past that without anything cataclysmic happening, I think the $10K in 3-year prediction is very conservative.

And boom! that's the £3k mark broken...

I thought Segwit was behind us. What's the story for November?

BIP 141 (Segregated Witness) activation is scheduled to take place in: 1597 Blocks. That is estimated to be activated on August 21 2017

Segwit is behind us, but there is another change to increase blocksize to 2mb (segwit2x), the intention being this will be deployed in the next 3 months, but bitcoin core do not want to support it, so again may cause a hard fork.

Feel bad for the guys selling at like £800 earlier in this thread.

Yeah that's got to be painful... unless they bought back in soon after, in which case it's not so bad.

    6h spinningtop / star.

Hard to not witness a nice dump coming from this. (The retrace currently is *not* a dump...)

Was interested in BTC when it was at 1000 USD, absolutely kicking myself now.

How does one go about buying anyway?

I wouldn't recommend buying now, but, save and await the glorius crash that bitcoin will have...

I use LocalBitcoins. Little premium, but for a holder like me, the gains that I make with Bitcoin absolutely negate that feel a thousand fold.

Defo anticipating a crash and that's when i'll pull the trigger.

Thinking of investing in NEO for the time being.
