Rage sold my serie a team last night. I have now bought a Bundesliga team 4312

Yeah, his second tackle was just a foot in, nothing too violent, maybe a yellow at worst if he had nothing, before, but the own goal really was a FML kinda thing.

As said though, gg and we'll play again soon :)

Your full backs are too slow which will be a big problem if you come up against fast wingers. For right back, search for Miguel, a Portuguese playing for Valencia (unless you're staying with a solely Spanish team, and not La Liga based). He's only rated at 77 so should be real cheap, but he has 85 pace and I found him to be a great full back. On the left, see if you can get one of Filipe, Marcelo or Capdevilla (in that order). When searching, make sure you search for the correct formation as it makes a big difference to your team chemistry, and will save you money in the future.

For the midfield, Lassana Diarra from Real Madrid is a beast in the centre of the pitch, he's usually not too expensive but he'll break up play all day long as he's quick and strong. He'll make a difference for sure.

Up front, maybe try to get Nilmar, mainly for his sheer pace (90). He's not the best finisher in the world but he's lightning quick and he'll get plenty of chances simply by outpacing the opposition defence.

I know you won't have many coins right now, so be careful when you go searching for players, take your time and always make sure you get the best price you can, even if it means waiting a while for someone. As you start to improve your team you'll win more matches so you'll start pulling in the coins quicker :)

Nilmar is class, paired with Fabiano (who is a god) and it's a very good partnership for very little coins. Bastos is also great for the coins, the only other real option is Robinho who is just too small and gets out muscled.

Those are both quite cheap - what formation were they in? xbox or PS3?

You can't get International badges or kits btw.

i picked robhino up for 1500, but he dont fit in my formation so hopefully gonna sell for a little profit.

playing in a 4-1-2-1-2, a few of my players have red for the formation but its 15000 per formation training for this one!

Yeah, formation cards are so expensive. I play 4-1-2-1-2 and now when I buy players I make sure they're in the right formation to start with. They're generally more expensive, but it's still cheaper than buying the cheaper versions then getting the cards to convert them.

4-1-2-1-2 is the most expensive formation. If you can find players already in your formation of choice it is usally much cheaper.
