i hope IF Rooney comes down allot, its already dropped by 1mil, hoping another 500k drop, this IF Villa ive got is useless.

I think I'm going to take a break from this for a bit. Even though I'm still enjoying most of my matches, I've reached a point now where I don't feel I'm achieving anything. My team is as good as it will ever get, short of spending several hundred thousand coins per player to get the IF versions of the ones I already have. I've only got 16k coins so that's never going to happen. I'm also wasting far too many MS points on packs, hoping to land an IF player I can sell for several million so I can have loads of coins. It's just never gonna happe. So think I'll step away from it for a bit. Maybe come back to it another time when I can play it just for fun.
 
I no what you mean. Ive stopped buying packs now especially with MS points. Im just enjoying playing it now. Cant improve my team unless I spend a fortune on players so now just entering tournaments and that. If i end up with a good few thousand coins then il attempt to get players then
 
right guys and gals, ive been keeping an eye of price fixing threads, on ultimate team forums, there was another one couple of days ago.

palermo lb and lwb

he is an IF, 80 rated.

his price used to be between 5-10K

i have bought palacio IF in the past who is 82 rated for like 10K, so that is a reasonable price for an 80 rated IF.

due to price fix his price is now 60K+, i bought one of these lwb IF at buy it now price of 4.5K before price fix scam, it sold yesterday for just over 50K, thats like a 45K profit.



NOW HERES THE GOOD PART

i have found a player on PS3 who i think is good enough and cheap enough to price fix, problem is, its going to cost a lot of coins to price fix him and the more guys on here that wanna join in the better.

also i reckon this will work on xbox too, because usually if someone gets price fixed on 1 console, the other guys who play on the other console, copy the idea.

his price right now is less than 50K, i reckon he is the 2nd best for his position in his league (cannot give anymore info away than this), if enough people on here are up for it and start saving their coins up now, i reckon we could make a killing.

the way it works is, we slowly buy up every version on the market (will only work with IF's which this guy is), we then after a week or two of buying every version we see, re-release onto the market at new inflated price, im hoping 100K minimum, meaning a profit of at least 50K on this guy, probably a lot more on xbox.

if you guys are interested in doing this, i would need your email address and how many coins you are willing to spend on doing this. once we have enough coins, i'll set a specific time where i will email all of you, giving you details of who it is, you guys then go on straight away and start buying him like mad, after a week or two of buying him and drying up the market, we can re-release.

like i said i made 45K on 1 guy worth usually between 5-10K, price fixing works, so long as you all know not to tell anyone who the player is. to ensure lurkers and people googling do not join in, you will need to have been a member on OCUK for at least 3 months.

please reply with psycho im in, and email address and how many coins you have, if you want to do this.

I think what I may do is simply save all my coins for happy hour each week and just buy those packs then. I'm never going to play enough games to earn enough to buy a new player, so I'll be hoping to land a good player in a pack, and assuming it ever happens (which it won't, I've only ever had one good player in a pack), I'll go from there.
 
Sonny there's nothing stopping people reading this thread, acting like they're interested and then just undercutting everyone. Plus you can't just re-release them all at the same time at a stupid price because nobody will buy them. They need to be like 5 or 6 at a time, not all at the same time.
 
Does the happy hour actually increase your chances of getting IF's or is it just the same jumbo pack at a lower price?

thats why im not giving anything away, you dont know who i am talking about.

also, i reckon i could maybe do it on my own within a months time, if he hasnt been done before then by simply selling my whole squad, then trading the cards i usually trade until i have enough coins to do it.

i was hoping the trust between forum members is high, thats why i said at least 3 months on here, so nobody else can get in on it.

i know who the regulars are, people like anksy could easily do this on xbox by themselves.

happy hour is today, if i get IF rooney, ill sell him for whatever he goes for in a week or 2's time and do it myself if i need to.

It's just the 240 MS point packs being sold for 80 points. So the individual packs still give you the same chance of getting an IF card, you can just afford more of them.

happy hour changes every week.

sometimes it is a happy hour sometimes it is 2 happy half hours.

sometimes packs are cheaper, sometimes there is a 3 times better chance of IF and sometimes is a 2 times better chance of an IF.

this week it is a happy hour with 2 times better chance of an IF.

personally i reckon cheaper packs is a better option.
