I'm not sure, when I look at my order it says this

'This product is a Pre-Order, it will be avaliable here on or slightly before the release date of 23rd September 2015.'

I don't know where they got the 23rd from. I thought it was 22nd/24th.
 
I fancy getting this, the hype has lead me away from 15. Even though as I've mentioned the only difference for Arsenal is Cech.

Might investigate the Mexican Origin way tonight, I only play MM so will get the cheapest version.
 
Hmm, I bought through Origin Mexico, wonder if I'll unlock in 13hrs?

Probably not, will be interesting to see what happens to those who buy through Orgin Japan/Korea though.

I don't think it affects where you bought it from. Just load up origin connected to the VPN, launch the game & then disconnect if you want to.

Any update on this?

I tried via a Japanese VPN but it's all in Japanese. The standard edition was also 8.500 yen which is about £45 !
