Has anyone on PC encountered lag switchers or am I just being paranoid ??? I swear some games online it runs like bliss and great fun to play even if I lose. But I have had some games when oddly enough every time I am on a good build up of attack it starts lagging. Then when the opponent attacks again it stutter lags but only once he played a pass into a very dangerous position or from a cross.... its really getting annoying.
I keep trying to work out if its my PC and not lag. But it only happens every so often. So I'm pretty sure its not my PC.

I've had a couple of these matches so far even though the latency was green before starting the match. One of the games it took 40mins to finish the game that's how slow it was going.
After three 0-0 draws finally managed to score and win 1-0. At times I just wonder what I have to do to score past some of these goalkeepers they are supermen.
Welcome to fifa online.. where EA puts you with retards from the other side of the world. But yeh I do feel some people just enable their torrents once there ahead.
on another note..had aubameyang in a pack. Sold for 88k was thinking of creating a squad for that but greedy me bought them 15k packs instead..
Now i got a big club with a lot of **** players haha

I seem to get games where its fine in the middle of the pitch but as soon as you get around one of the penalty areas it starts to lag

The second game update for FIFA 16 is now available for PC. We will have news on the timing of a similar update for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 at a later date.
The update includes general stability improvements and addresses the following items identified by the community and the FIFA team:
Optimized goalkeeper rushing, AI, and positioning.
Improved player wage accuracy in Career Mode.
Addressed referee/kit clashes.
Addressed an exploit in Virtual Pro leaderboards.
Addressed a shot missing the top corner and still being called a goal.
FIFA Trainer button tuning.
Player clipping during intro sequence in certain stadiums.
The update also addresses the following FUT items:
EA SPORTS Football Club shared squads not showing players in FIFA menus.
Relisting Transfer List items not retaining previous price settings.
Error message when attempting to apply a contract consumable.
Away crowd wearing incorrect kit.
Some returning users experiencing an issue when naming their club.
Controller disconnecting in FUT modes.

Dare not try to tackle. Just ends up being a foul
It's actually annoying as hell, I mean sometimes you barely touch a player and it's a foul. Have had it a few times where I've been on the ball and conceded the foul when the other guy just runs into me

Mmmm just me but it seems more responsive?
Anyone having trouble using 3rd party fps limiting? it's fine when I use the in game setting but when I select no limit on fps and try using afterburner or evga precision it doesn't seem to work and my gpu ends up sounding like a hairdryer, especially on menu screens when framrate shoots up
EDIT: I did try out the optimised settings on geforce experience which removed the limit, maybe that's the problem but I thought afterburner/rivatuner would still override it as it was running

Anyone else having this issue? I can't use coins in Ultimate Team at all. Onto my third chat with EA now!
I tried limiting fps using nvidia inspector but it just resulted in player movement being juddery & screen tearing.
The only fps cap that seemed stable was nvidia adaptive vsync
I'm just playing using the game fps cap/vsync as I don't notice any input lag, also the 30fps thing on replays/menu doesn't seem to cause any screen tearing or anything for me.
My GPU fan goes a bit noisy when in menu on 60fps also (prob from rendering the stadium in the background?) on 30fps (game cap option) it seems ok
I was going to try afterburner to cap the fps but afterburner/rivatuner seem broken since I put windows 10 on
(overlay doesn't work + it doesn't track fps)I had to use fraps for fps overlay.
Yeah I had same with horrible tearing and juddering. I was just trying it as I'm hoping to get a rog swift soon and was seeing if I can get something to cap it at 120/144 but looks like I may have to stick with the 60 limit. I'm a bit confused with the different v sync options like adaptive, half etc
Just tried seasons again and am amazed how many annoying people play the game in the weekend. (played in week and had some ok games)
First game - guy fouls me 10+ times 1 of his player instant red card & 3 others on yellow, somehow he just held run the whole match and whenever I had a free kick my team stood literally in the opponents goal so he just booted the ball to lewandowski to score (then he sub'd 3 of his front men at half time, robben comes on for him & gets a yellow 3 seconds after kick-off)
Not really sure why the whole team would be pushing forward on a free kick, it's like the old corner bug
Another game - ok game but as soon as the guy scores the game goes unplayable & laggy. I paused it and left timer but stayed same, obvious use of lagswitch or app or whatever
Just seems like the game has no flow at all, random passes go nowhere near where you aim them & people get rewarded with bugs when they foul you over & over.
Also had the "oh it's a penaulty" .... watch replay and the guy is 2 steps in front of my defender, doesn't get touched but falls over & gets penaulty twice in the same game
Then on exiting the game a origin dialogue came up on exiting asking for feedback

Either EA does not know the rules to football or these fouling mechanics are broken. The amount of times I get torn down and no foul is insane and wtf is the crossing it seems so random?????

I have forced vsync in the nvidia control panel and then lock the fps to 60. Normally I would use the no limit option, so the fps is in sync with my refresh rate (120hz) but I was getting tearing and juddering. I don't think the game likes more than 60fps - even the camera movement goes a bit crazy above 60fps.
