The balance and game is definitely more realistic, it will take getting used to especially the irritating interceptions ;)
 
my pack was utter dross compared to last week.

But I did pack Giroud and Sterling from a draft pack :p
 
Sounds like people are having a lot more pack luck than me

I have only packed 1 rare gold player and he was a 75 striker from mexico league :( just sent him to club as people selling him for 600
 
fut is soo broken , it's just random if you actually get to the end of match screen or get the dc error pretty frustrating too since it wastes your contracts but don't get any rewards

how it passed QA is beyond me

Is the XB one controller better than the 360 variant? for pc usage.

online i won my first game and have lost everyone since except for a 0-0 draw, Im in division 5 now in the single player seasons.
 
I had the best game of Fifa 16 yet, saved not one but two penalties :cool: I get a corner at 93 mins, the score is 0-0, their defender headers it to my striker Falcao, I just blast it towards goal, it's going wide, then the ball hits a defender and some how manages to go in! :D He must be raging! I get my 3rd win in a row.
 
Wasn't sure whether to get Lacazette, Silva or Di Maria.

Have enough for Lacazette or maybe Silva, but a bit short of what I need for Di Maria

lowest BiN is 67k so yeah - could make a few 'k' on that

it easy to make money if you spend the time. I got 3 Smallings for 5.5k each last week. Had to relist and reslist them as no buyers, however all 3 sold yesterday for 6.8k each. not massive profit once EA tax comes off but it shows how if you are happy to wait - you can trade pretty big numbers.
 
Of those that are enjoying/playing well in the game, can you please let me know if you are up for a few games against me?

I want to know what i'm doing wrong. Why is this game/my game so bad?

Another 9 games last night and today, lost all 8, drawn 1, last one lost 6-0. Could barely get out my own half, had one shot on goal and was just plain awful.

I try passing it around, short passes, waiting paitently for openings etc but inevitably the ball ends up getting passed to an opponent/or they nick it off my player and seem to have loads of players/options going forward where as I don't.

This is not sour grapes, not stropping etc. I'm a grown man who's played games for 25 years and this is the most frustrated/annoyed i've ever been with a game.
 
Changed position on my career game from striker to attacking midfielder..... my what a difference.

First 4 games scored 2, 3 assists, 1 man of the match & average rating of 7.3
Not bad for a newbie 17 year old playing for Birmingham.

Really enjoying the game now I've found my position.
 
Getting annoyed by the gameplay in seasons tbh. Every ball I need to control for a sec 1st then position myself otherwise an 87+ player appearantly has aids in its foot and can't pass over 3 meter.

Also a silentnerf to the RB-pass been made? used to open up the pitch with this but now it seems robben etc cant take these fast passes anymore and clumsy there way forward..

With a bit of finetuning this game could be great but atm it's more frustrating to win your games then having fun. Though im doing ok winwise tbh

I'll give you a game tonight mate, maybe you can do the same for me too as I'm having similar issues.

I lost a game the other night 6-0 as well and struggled all evening, but last night I won 2 drew 2.

Swings and roundabout really - but my overall online record is not great.

Frustrating is definitely the way I feel too. I am grinding all my goals and then concede a penalty or soft goal. After a while it just doesn't feel fun to grind your way through games.
 
Would anyone be interested in playing Pro Clubs this year? Might make a separate thread if there's enough interest, had a fair few of us playing it last year was a good laugh ;)
