Mine arrived today. Only played 30 minutes so far. But initial impressions are its ok. The graphics arent quite as good as i expected in game but then im only at the very beginning of the game lol ...are the cut scenes really rendered on the fly by the game engine? Im not convinced...if you look at the credits it says cinematic graphics by some 3rd party company?...if they are in game so to speak they are without doubt the best game graphics i have ever seen.
Took me about 10 minutes to really get to grips with the controls/mechanincs of the cover and fire gameplay but once that was sorted it plays pretty goodI have only tried single player so cant comment on multiplayer yet. Actually did my first curb stomp in a single player game by accident lol ..very cool
Off back to play,

I see this game as being fairly repetitive, from the beginning to now i havent really seen anything that NEW, its the same firefights and the same "puzzles" that are extremely basic.
Having said that, for a console game which is basically designed for little kids its decent and provides enough entertainment, if a little stale at times.
Its probably one of the best 360 games, though that not a massive achievment considering the quality has been fairly bad.

Place where I pre-ordered from, still has as status "waiting for release date".
Although in the faq they state that they'll send it sooner such that you're likely
to receive it on release day.
Doh..

Plenty of kids will be playing this game because how many shops and how many parents care about the ratings on the back of the games.........
