Sorry but your signature reference to the Twitter page needs to go.

Twitch is more niche than Twitter and the swearing isn't immediately obvious. A compromise has been agreed that you can post your Twitch username.

Far more people are likely to use and access Twitter and your page is full of in your face swearing.
 
Guys, how do you find out if someone is hosting you ?

I had a fellow streamer host me a while ago and I never realised until he mentioned it. I have no idea whether anyone here has hosted me so I apologise if I didn't say thanks.

I use Chatty & Twitch alerts (to check followers). Is there something else I need ?

Rules for links to Twitch sites in posts or signatures:

1) If your Twitch site is entirely family friendly, i.e. no swearing or other inappropriate content, you may link to it in posts or your signature.

2) If your live streams or highlight videos contain swearing or other inappropriate content you may use only your Twitch username in posts or your signature.

3) In connection with (2) above you may not post typable URLs or images containing typable URLs.

4) If your site contains inappropriate content and you have posted or placed in your signature a link, typable URL or image containing a typable URL it will be dealt with in accordance with the forum rules.

5) The foregoing rules also apply if you have posted or placed in your signature a link, typable URL or image containing a typable URL for someone else's Twitch site.

These rules have been added to the OP.

Im watching your stream. For some reason nothing i type in chat is showing up. Just thought i would let you know in case you thought i was being ignorant lol
 
Some great streams the past few days, hit over 2.2K followers and getting around 40 - 50 concurrents per stream. Thanks to everyone who has been the stream! Really appreciate it. Putting in the hours also, 44 hours in 4 days ^^
 
Had a right rough old time trying to get streaming a few games using OBS yesterday. I've got my overlays and stuff set up to a standard which I'm happy with, just the Game Capture won't work with several games which I want to stream.

Going to get a 2nd monitor so I can change up the way I do things and also keep an eye on chat etc. A bit frustrating now as my new Sky Fibre is up and running nicely. It seems Alt+Tabbing on one monitor is not the way forward :p

EDIT: Nice work on the streams Mark, seems you're doing pretty well for yourself. I've been popping in here and there it looks good man :)

Yeah I have been in a few times, I mainly lurk but sometimes say hello. Well done to you matey. You, Gazanimal and theonjat seem to be doing really well. You guys are going to have to stream bomb one of us poor streamers with only 1 viewer hehe *wink wink*

I had a bit of trouble to begin with. In the end I ran the game to begin with and then added it through OBS while it was running (there may be a better way but that how I did it).

As for chat etc you could always use a laptop or smartphone connected to your twitch chat. I used my phone to begin with and then realised my laptop would obviously be a better choice.
