On the last page of the online manual it lists the 3D modes. Shows SBS/Frame_packing/Top_and _bottom for 720P,1080i & 1080P modes.

looking at the manual from website too and page 11 says

The video formats supported for 3D vision of HDMI input are “Frame Packing”,
“Side by Side(Half)”, and “Top-and-Bottom”. Please refer to Section 3.4 for
timing list.
