So I just tried for 90mins to play again today. Still getting 30Ks regularly.
Unless there's a sudden fix announced then I think tomorrow evenings session is off - which is looking likely because I don't think they've even acknowledged the issue yet.

Biggest issue I've had is if you are using dark mode on your email client the code looks blank, normal mode is fine.
Sounds like potentially your email provider is catching the e-mail as it's maybe got elements of phishing around it (or has been marked as spam by customers), anyway you can try an alternative email address to see if that works?

Usually this is caused by email provider blocking them as spam etc before they even reach the user mailbox (it won't even be in your spam folder).
There are lots of instances of this on reddit for star citizen tbh.
Completely nuking the RSI launcher/star citizen folders may be an idea though worth a shot.

Just had a thought.
When you asked them to change the e-mail address, there's a chance they made a typo on it. I'm guessing when you logged a ticket you had to enter an email address so got it right so that one (ticket updates etc) is working.
Possibly? I'd get them to double check they haven't messed up, not unknown for helpdesks to do so or can you verify it's correct yourself on the RSI site within your account details? https://robertsspaceindustries.com/account/security

It can sometimes happen with e-mail providers, even the bug guys like Microsoft and Goggle occassionally blacklist the wrong thing or content within an e-mail. You may end up getting spammed by them, or they may never appear in days to come as they unbreak it.
It'll happen way more as we rely on "AI" to do this for us. This is just the start.

Last time I had it done a couple of weeks ago all it did was reset me back to Microtech, I kept my money, items etc.

AFMF in my experience is a bit of a jittery mess when on. I find it miles smoother with it turned off.
Also remember a lot of things were reset this patch so likely no ammo, consumables etc and you'll need to pick your spawn location and get to Seraphim!

Tonight will most likely be trying Siege of Orison so try to be there at 9 if you are joining us or as close a possible. I can't promise we'll hang around long on joiners if it's active.

voice control is great unless you need to talk to people on discord etc.
As you said - mostly for things you don't use, which is why I didn't bother with any of this. Sure there's a ton of binds, but you only need about 20% and some of it's quite intuitive e.g. T for torch, N for landing gear, AL+N for air traffic cont.. wait a minute..
