Rafael already is a quality player, yes he's naive defensively but name a 19 year old that isn't (okay so he's just turned 20). I cant think of another RB at his age (or there or thereabouts) that's as promising as him. For me Fabio is the one that has it all to prove definitely not Rafael

Kyle Walker? Been very impressed with him in the preseason games, pretty good defensively and likes to run with the ball.

Anyone see Adebayarndoor's quotes in the Sun this morning?

The Togo star is concerned he will be left out of Roberto Mancini's starting XI following reports City are closing in on a £30million move for Inter Milan striker Mario Balotelli.

And with Carlos Tevez, Craig Bellamy, Roque Santa Cruz and Robinho among the other forwards on City's books, Adebayor claims he is now considering his future in England.

Speaking to Italian newspaper Tuttosport, he said: "I wanted to wear the City shirt and have a better season compared to last year.

"But I know there will not be many chances for me and so I am considering the many offers I have received."

The 26-year-old added: "I will be sorry to leave the Premier League, but in Europe there are other top leagues.

"Juventus are a great club in which I would like to play for.

"Until some time ago I would not have accepted a transfer to other clubs.

"The economic aspect is important but if it was one of the biggest clubs in the world I would consider other aspects."

Until now I never really saw why Arsenal fans were so resentful towards him but who the hell does this bloke think he is? 1 good season and sod all else since. Apart from his funny accent the Premiership will be better without him tbh

Don't forget that he also ruins World Cup after-match discussions with his lack of football insight and inability to speak English.

A lot of talk that the Werder chairman has said if a bid comes in for Ozil then it must be considered. Also hearing were interested in Trochowski as well

I can't take this teasing, I'd love to have Ozil at OT, it'll be Ronaldinho all over again and it won't happen :(

How much of Ozil had you seen before the world cup out of interest?

I'm willing that a large proportion had never even heard of him a few months back and now everyone is hailing him as the next this and that.

Dont get me wrong yes he looked very good at the world cup and looks like the type of player Man Utd could do with but I just find it a trifle bit hypocritical to come out and say Rafael isn't quality but has potential but Ozil is the second coming of jesus christ

I'd seen a bit of him but most of my knowledge was through FM tbh :p

Don't think anyone has said he's the second coming but he was one of the best players at the world cup, that's still pretty damned impressive. Rafael has only just been called up to the Brazil squad in comparison.
