To be fair I can say easily that I don't know any of the classes as well as say someone that has played since vanilla none stop. Or as someone that actually leveled from 1-90 normally and learnt all the abilities of the class. Plus PvE is not mindless. Unless you mean LFR... normal/HC is actually a decent challenge in mists compared to Cata with all its nerfs.

On the contrary to a lot of the posts here, I am thoroughly enjoying myself after a bit of a break - I'm on a very active server, and have levelled a Monk from 1-86 so far with a couple of mates; we've actually made a guild for the 3 of us to keep us busy and levelling something too. There's a lot of life left in WoW yet, a lot, and although I won't be making any real money purchases in-game the store doesn't bother me.

I am the same - it’s an option for players yes, but that doesn’t mean you have to use them. If people are willing to waste money on not experiencing the game for how it should be they are the fools for doing so.
I managed to clear Endless spring 10man last night with the guild and I must admit I enjoyed it far better than LFR, we thought if we couldn’t finish this raid then we weren’t going to get far in ToT. In the meantime others will be getting gear with the reset and fingers crossed we get a little further next week. I know this might be far off but I was wondering if there is talk of a next expansion, wasn’t MoP about the fall of Ogg and getting rid of hellscream? Also what would you think the next expansion will include? Or what would you like it to include

Well to be honest I am a PvPer, close to 250000 honorable kills >.< so don't do a great deal of PvE, although I might start getting into that to change things up a little; however I enjoy playing against other players as you don't always know what's coming.

I've let WoW off with micro-transactions because it's been vanity pets and mounts and things like that that don't affect the gameplay.
If it becomes pay-2-win i'm packing it in once and for all. I pay £9 a month to avoid that crap, and would rather it stayed that way than went free to play and rammed to the neck with micro-transactions.
Time will tell, I guess - but the buying of charms is a step in the wrong direction.
I think the writing was on the wall when Activision stuck their oar in, mind.

If you're into PvP check out Stormscale, it's heaving at the seams with PvP guilds and teams!
As far as I know on release of Cata they said there were 3 more expansions to come. Making two more to come after Mists. Patch 5.4 will have to be released in what September? Then a year of old content I'd imagine then the next expansion. My guilds now at like 6/12 ToT normal. I haven't been able to raid due to work but I hope to be raiding through 5.4 since my hunters ilvl is 515 and my rogues is 499 soon to be 500+. We dont actually have a core team as far as I know so things are still a bit shakey.

Grats. Im hoping Ill be getting 12/12 ToT pre 5.4.
I'm on Kazzak mainly a horde server. Anairë is my "main" and Enerdhil is my current reroll that I tend to spend most time on due to gearing currently. Not sure what I'll level to 90 next got every class made and waiting to be played but they are all lowbies xD

Populated but not over crowded. Theres a good number of players but not so many to cause issues with queues.
True. I'm hoping it's not the last patch due to the way they are going about Mists. Which imo is the right way to do it. Cata was really really rushed.
