Oh dear, gone and done it...

Depends on the bank, I wouldn't expect it this week though :)

Assuming they are paying it directly into your bank, it will take a couple of days to transfer once they release the funds.

I'd probably expect you'd have the money in your account in about ~7 days time, if there's no problems.

I'm with NatWest and took the loan out with NatWest. The online application thing said I wouldn't have to fill out any paperwork and that it was pretty much instant - but it lied!

Mate is it not a bit odd that your now going to look at Accord Type R's when you've previously stated "Have driven a friends 2.2 VTEC JDM and it was rather dull IMO" and as you point out the have virtually the same engine?

Integra > Accord IMO

Can I ask what put you off about the Integra?

From being in a car with you, it seems that you prefer handling over straight line speed, so surely the integra would be a better choice? It'd certainly suit your driving style.

I haven't read through the thread but for £5000 I'd be looking at:

Honda Integra Type R DC2 1.8 N/A:

Toyota Supra Twin Turbo 3.0 V6 24v:

http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/182137.htm

Nissan Skyline R33 Turbo:

Nissan 200SX S14a:

Toyota MR2 Rev3 Turbo:

http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/180996.htm

Or something a bit different, Westfield:

----------

Out of all the above I'd take the twin turbo supra, it's still a stunning performance car, looks great and is very fast indeed.

I think you're better off buying a 2 grand performance car and keeping the rest stowed away until something breaks.

Which I realise sounds doomsday like but inevitable all the same if you're considering nutter cars.

V6?

Im guessing they have either Dropped the 3VZ or 1MZ in that?

If so then that engine is near bomb proof :p :D

Edit: if you go for the Supra get the Rods changed if you are going for a **** load of power, they are the weakest part of the engine due to them not thinking anyone will use the engines as a powerfull beast IIRC :D
