Oh the relief - "beep" and bios screen!

Bought all the bits (i9, gigabyte board, etc £1000+). Assembled it, checked it, plugged it in (no HDDs as out of stock - WD 1TB) - one beep and it's Ok. can view BIOS and access DVD....

Temps good (passive cooled Gigabyte GV-R485MC-1GI ATI Fanless HD 4850 1GB GDDR3 PCI-E HDMI)

The RELIEF of it.

Antec 183 case is excellent.

But glad to hear it all works =) I had that same relief last Thursday when I assembled my i7 system. And today when I put it all in a new case =D

It really is a nice feeling when that happens. Compared with the dread of hitting power and absolutely nothing happening. Glad it went well

Have decided to get an SSD drive to install windows when it is issued.
