Oil smell inside car cabin

Could be all sorts this, my ST220 had a mystery burning oil smell, was the rear cam cover gasket dripping on to the exhaust when giving it some beans.

Depending on the layout, it could even be gearbox oil dripping onto the exhaust.

Could be all sorts this, my ST220 had a mystery burning oil smell, was the rear cam cover gasket dripping on to the exhaust when giving it some beans.

I get it on my GT86 as well. On that it's a tiny bit of oil dripping from the cam plate on to the exhaust manifold (like 1 drop a week, if that). I've re-sealed it about 4 times and it still gets through eventually.

Not sure any engine is 100% leak free.

Definitely the clamp/gasket leaking between the turbo and dpf, took a look this morning and lots of soot deposits on it and the heat shield behind it.

One for the garage to sort I think.

Had the same on 2 diesel fords I've owned. Turned out to be the injector seals .
