Also the money machine has a camera in it so it can confirm you asked for the money but then did not take it. Also it will identify her - especially if she was aolso using the machine?

If police attended, the distance I 'walked' away would be drasticaly reduced unless there was other CCTV. Even then, does it matter? Not really if it is exactly as you describe.
