Just bought a Powercolor x1900xt, can't believe the price thought I'd have to wait six months for a drop like that. Having to get it delivered to my Dads though and wait to fit it when coasts clear. Been warned about any more parcels being delivered at home, only so many excuses for vital upgrades LOL.
 
Its not just graphics cards that prices fall fast, look at DDR2 memory its dropped by about 200% in a year and LCDs as well. The thing is the 6800's and x800's had the about a year before new chipsets were released but Pci Express versions dropped in price hard as soon that happened. The x1800 was always going to be short lifespan with x1900 4 months behind but a new prices is still a descent buy.
