OMG NTL is driving me NUTS!

How long is their service going to be like this?

I keep on having problems loading webpages, downloads are so slow its stupid. I checked their service status and they dont even give a date they will finish, its driving me nuts!

it will last about a week
there doing so many areas each day
last week my area was being done and is back to normal now

i noticed big spikes and periods when the connection was down from the logs at the weekend (i wasn't around at the time) Are they just doing upgrades or something then?

Its bugging me, cause one site will load, and others will constantly tell me that the server cant be found. Ign is so slow you can go make coffee before a small video is done

Been going on for weeks now in Cleveland, I'm starting to get sick and tired of NTL, whats a good option for an ADSL service at home ?
