Stephen Ireland is an odd-ball.

Anyone who has hair transplants, and then shaves his hair off is odd.

Leaves the national team, telling his boss than his Gran had died. His Gran is infact still alive today, but his Girlfriend had had a miscarriage.

His taste in car's only seems to re-enforce his oddness!

If he retired today from an injury, He'd still get paid on the rest of his 5 year contract at 80k a week. So only roughly £10m after tax. Not bad
