onboard or bios

Which would you say is better for overclocking. Boards where you overclock from the bios or the newer boards where you can over clock from the board.
 
Yes, I think he means from Bios or Windows. I mistype when my mind isn't on it too.
I o'c in Bios because I'm a luddite that's all, like I still like the comforting black screen of MSDOS.
 
No what I mean is isn't there now new boards out where the overclocking capabilities are built into the boards? I mean where you actually do the overclocking by turning knobs/switches on the motherboard itself?
