Old log was back in 2003, thought i would start again to hopefully give me some drive to keep lifting.

Have not trained properly for almost 2 years, off and on but nothing major.

Few light chest stretch's on some machines as all of the bench's was taken upon arrival.

Couple more light exercises to finish me off.
Really enjoyed the work out, pretty surprised how much I got into it considering I haven't really barbell squatted in 2 years.

Super set side raises and front raises followed by flys then facepulls. Finished off with some light tricep pull rope sets and bicep work.

Single leg standing hamstring curls
machine goes up in 2's for this one with no indication on weight, stayed pretty light as i was already killed off from previous.

few back workouts to finish off the session. I was pretty short for time today but without a doubt feel fairly happy with the lift. With it being my first heavy session in a few months and 2 years off my all time PB of 200kg. ( didnt log around that point) Looking forward to lifting heavy and definitely enjoying being back.
