One for the old farts here - I've just Turned 40, so when does life begin then?

Life begins lots of times. We constantly change what we want and how we try to get it.

I'm a different person now than I was when I was 5 or 10 or 15 or 20 or 25 or 30. Different reasons at different milestones bring on changes.

The biggest change for me is doing what I want to do, to be happy, rather than doing what received wisdom says makes you happy.

Thanks for the replys, thought & sentiment.... :)

Can I ask who you drive for R420 ? Curious is all.

Np if it is a forum secret. :)

Get away ? Stobart's ?

In my younger day, I have beeped the horn and power saluted many a Stobart's truck.:D

Yes, Eddie Stobart. - I'm a "Tramper"..... :)

I have recieved, today, presents wrapped in Stobart wrapping paper (!) - and this is my Birthday cake, for my family do tomorrow.

My family don't seem to appreciate the difference between an employee & a fan / spotter.... :o :D

I'm chuffed with the cake though.... :D

Tonight, case of Cafferys, and a few bottles of Leffe.... Battlefield 2 and my mates.... (No change from the usual :o ) :D

The GF can wait until tomorrow!:p;)

Happy Birthday. 40 is considered young nowadays, I am 37 and letter from my surgeon described me as a young fit man!! I was chuffed but when you look at it we are young in today's life. Enjoy it, I know I have enjoyed my mid 30's more than my twenties!!
