You're right, he's a freak.

Absolutely nothing wrong with it and there wont be anything wrong with it for a good 4 days +.

You can eat tuna bake for a good 2+ days even when not stored in the fridge.

Considering you can cook pasta then use it in a salad, cold, tuna can be eaten "raw" and the sauce is likely fairly basic tomato or cheese effort both of which you can eat cold...

"ofc its fine numpty!" (quote that at housemate)

you can eat takeway noodle/box noodles done at home) after they've been left for 4 days uncovered in an ordinary room. (just dont eat the hard parts :) )

Tuna in a can is already cooked, it's not "raw" it's just cold. Raw tuna is red-brown.

That's the perfect way to keep it good. If I liked tuna, I'd say "it sounds lovely".

But I don't. Bon appetit anyway :)

perfectly safe, tell your housemate he's a germophobe.

Furthermore, what's the worst that could happen if you ate it after several days? A small tummy ache followed by the runs followed by complete return to normality.

Tell him he's a wuss :p

It's fish, it will be fine as has been cooked, left to cool on its own then covered and chilled!

Whats the worst it will do . . .fire out the back end at high speed

FFS. The chances of you eating something that'll kill you is tiny. If it is that off chances are you'll hurl anyway. Failing that a day of sickness... boo hoo :D

It's fine, people are too nanny culture about food.
I've got a pizza sat in the fridge thats been there over a week, just been munching random slices cold with ketchup, the box has mould but the pizza doesn't, it tastes fine too.

Ive got a funny feeling this thread will get closed, for the same reason as medical threads, i refuse to give advice from my non doctor point of view that may possibly harm the OP

I was told i was going to get food poisoning today because i ate a chicken curry pastry slice that was left out in a room after being cooked about 4 hours ago. Nothing happened, not really an extreme case though.

Are you being serious?

You could've left it in a room 24hrs and it would've been alright. Who told you? Shoot them :D
