With £650 to spare, really you could build that just over £650 without the ridiculously overpower PSU .. Overpriced HDD.

I need to get involved in that if that's what people are paying.
 
Oversized PSU + Mini ITX case + Micro ATX mobo = Unhappiness.

For aftermarket cooling if you're planning on overclocking the chip I'd suggest looking at low profile coolers such as the Prolimatech Samuel 17 or Scythe Zipang.

The 460 GFX card will fit without having to dremel anything :p

If you're unsure about the case, have a pop over to HardForums as there's a massive thread there with a ton of information and a few build logs in there.
