Do you know of any good solutions to transmit a presentation live to another building? a service, rent or buy, has to be reliable and high quality.

Request come in that an employee wants to do a presentation on site but also wants to transmit the presentation to another building in the same city where there will be even more people watching it.

There is currently no video conferencing facilities at either site. Do you know of any business that we can pay that will just sort the solution out completely?
 
Yes. There are lots, but if you're assuming this will be a few hundred £ a time then you're mistaken.

Anything put in will run over the connections that you already have between the sites, unless you don't have one, and then they will use a satellite link.

They have changed their mind and now want to simply video record the presentation display it live on a projector in another meeting room in the same building to manage overflow due to limited capacity.

I have contacted a few places for quotes stilll waiting to hear back from.

They don't mind spending £1000s on a professional setup as its for the annual general meeting or something. Its a big deal basically.
 
Yes i went with livefi.tv and they were great but the stupid arrogant lawyers changed their mind at the last minute and wasted my time and the av guys time. I was so annoyed. It was more even annoying as from the start i said that the request was silly and they were unlikely to go with it but they insisted i went through with it, i even told them an estimated price days before the av guy was to come around for recce.
