Looking to get a 12mth contract with 12mth free, both the sites have the same deal (the red 2310 with 800mins / 500txts). So its down to which company is more reliable/easier to deal with.

hopefully get some feedback on their cashback systems :)

e2save is the carphone warehouse I believe - never had any problems with them myself. Can't comment on the other one but I have had serious problems with other online retailers who offer the 12 months free offers

Do these redemptions work i'm always worried when i see them that i'll get caught out or something.

Thanks.

If its too good to be true...

Take a look on moneysavingexpert to see numerous cashback complaints.

Cashback offers work fine. The problem is mostly people who don't follow/understand the instructions on how to claim. And normally, if you claim incorrectly, it voids all future claims, so you get zero back. I've had numerous cashback deals (10 or so) from a range of different companies, and not one has been a problem as I have stuck to the claim precedure.

My brother used OneStopPhoneShop last year and got his money back without any problems. As mrochester said - you need to understand and follow the rules.

Read the terms and conditions VERY carefully, especially on these pricematch/clearance deals. I've been with e2save for 1.5 years, and the cashback is fine if you follow the instructions to the word.

However their T&C's change for these pricematch deals - namely if you miss any cashback installment, you are disqualified from the rest of the cashback installments! The other non PM deals wont cut you off from further cheques because of a missed rebate claim, you just miss that one.

But if you send the right bills, vouchers in on time recorded then its fine, you get your cheques in the mail a few weeks later each time.
