Online Organiser

I am looking for an online TODO list type script.

It needs to be username/password protected
Able to create todo lists, date started and due date

Also if possible with multiple login so it is easy to see who entered task and who completed.

I did find a good one called TASKS JR, but there is no user login for it.

Why does it need to be online?

it needs to be accesed by 2 people via the internet
