As title really, just wondering which one you lot have used and which you think is best.

It has to be online as I am having them delivered to work for the team i'm working with and need to pay on card.

Cheers

It's an absolute rip off it really is. The special offers you get when you collect it make me wonder why anyone bothers getting it delivered.

For example, my local Domnos charges £13.99 and upwards for a large pizza, delivered. But if you collect, its buy one get one free. So for two large pizzas, you are effectively paying a £14 delivery charge over the cost of simply picking it up.

Add that to the fact that if you are within their delivery area its probably not actually that far to go anyway, and you'll realise collection > delivery every single time.

Can't you pay by card over the phone?

You definately can with Dominos and Pizza Hut.

I'd go with Dominos, as we used to get them in my old office and it always went down well.

Another vote for Domino's here. Always go for delivery over collection as they're on the other side of town and their motorbike is much quicker getting through traffic than my car. Their selection has gone downhill recently tho.

The last time I ordered a pizza online, Domino's telephoned me 2 mins later just to confirm my order? WTF is that all about??
Kinda defeats the purpose of ordering online don't you think??

Completely true, you should always pick it up yourself. Unless you have 2 for 1 vouchers. They give a load out to the freshers here at Bristol uni every year. Wouldn't get pizza without them. 4 people, half each, £3.50 per half pizza.

You can always ask if they still do a specific pizza. They recently took down the meltdown pizzas, which i loved the level 1. I asked if they still did them and it turned out they took it down because they weren't supplying the ingredients for the hottest one, but still had everything for the one i wanted.

Couldn't agree more. It's pretty much walking distance for us.

Same with Papa Johns.

Usually order from Papa Johns...cant stand Dominoes and Pizza Hut...perhaps its the branches near me that are terrible.

Pizza Hut is dire, it really really is. Luckily our local Italian Restaurant does a collection service as well. So authentic Italian Pizza, freshly made at Chez Loki

Papa johns is a no no as im in aberdeen, so it looks like its going to be Dominos.

Cheers for the advice.

used domino's last time i went the states and it was brillaint, 3 medium pizza's for $15 delievered to motel room (seems to be commmon as hotel/motel is a listed delivery option). On the US site there is even a section to select your online voucher for the best prices. Why is it so much worse over here :(

dominos online costs loads compared to phoning them up, use the online system to find out what you want, then call them :)
