Indeed. It's not often, but typically it's the post I don't want them to open that gets opened!!

I think you're going to have to get your Man™ hair removal products sent to work from now on. It's the only guaranteed method I can think of.

Annoying though that after you've asked the postie it's still happening. Our guy is pretty good but he is quite on the ball. Of course, you head out to work quite early so you probably don't see if you get the same person every day. Quandary.

If the surgery is an NHS surgery and not a private one, then kindly tell the manager that if any of your mail is opened again that you'll be speaking to the SHA. I would also write a letter/email to the PCT's Chief Exec and explain the situation, it will get sorted very quickly, especially if you throw in the argument that the surgery is breach Information Governance rules which the NHS is stupidly strict on.
