Yeah definitely agree with that. The thing with acoustics is that you usually have to break them in, I have with two. The Tanglewood I had at first was mediocre and my Martin was shocking. Once broken in, both were brilliant. Then with my current acoustic, my Taylor 214. Picked it up, played, loved. Knew it was something special instantly, played like a dream and I knew it could only get better... And guess what? It has.
If you can find an acoustic you like when you first pick it up then it's something pretty amazing.
