Specifically squash. Basically I never quite know what time to eat when I have a game of squash. I'm playing at 8.40 tonight and I had my tea at around 6.15. I'm still feeling extremely full now and I know i'm gonna get stitch come the latter stages of the match.

It's doing my head in, if I don't eat I often get a dodgy stomach since I'm running around like a madman on an empty stomach.

Any experts got any advice? Also, is there anything I can do to digest food faster?

I'm no expert on squash etc but it's more than likely because what you're eating is too substantial. Try and get a decent amount of carbs from a 'smaller' carb source with a higher percentage of carbs. I'll always refer back to oats which are roughly 60% carbs, and you could take these 90-120 minutes before for the activity you are stateing.

As I've said I can real of stats and information about weight training all day but cardio and sports like this are weak points so I'm sure someone with more knowledge of this will clear this up for you.

That's probably sound advice, you need the energy but at the same time you don't want to feel full so oats are a good move. A small plate of pasta, chicken and beans or something similar would probably work too.
